Caddy Corner is a 1920s schoolhouse converted into a modern farmhouse. Enjoy a country feel while being just over a mile from everything that French Lick and West Baden have to offer. Escape to our hot tub after a day in town, and let your cares drift away. Relax on our American-made upholstered furniture, dine at our table made by a local artisan, and find slumber on our plush euro-top mattresses. If you are into cooking, our kitchen is well stocked, just like home.

You may hear turkeys, see deer, and many varieties of birds while staying with here. Sit on the front porch for coffee or make memories at the fire pit. The driveway will easily accommodate 2-3 automobiles and/or most boats. Guests are able to sign in to their Hulu or Netflix accounts. We provide Sling Blue TV package. You are a short, 10-minute drive to Patoka Lake. The hot tub water temperature may still be in the heating process when you arrive. This is because we change our hot tub water before each check-in and if someone checks out on the day of your arrival, it takes several hours to drain, clean, refill, and heat. They provide hot tub towels stored in the laundry room. Fire pit wood is now included in your reservation.
